优势：喷头底部有墨水加温系统，而且是两侧进行双加温，喷头两边的加温最高可以达到45℃，最低可调整至20℃。SEIKO 1024GS喷头属于串口型接口，串口型接口拆解时插上去不至于将喷头扁平线插反，防止喷头损坏或直接烧毁。 SEIKO 1024GS喷头也是可拆解式的，可直接对喷头进行拆解清洗。

SEIKO SPT1024GS print head’s nozzle is 72mm wide, with 360dpi physical accuracy, 30KHS ignition frequency and 7-35PL variable ink droplets.  Printing applications provide unmatched reliability for such work pieces as textile, labels, packaging, ceramics, advanced manufacturing and other decorative products.  It supports a 6-level grayscale printing, from small droplets of 7PL to large droplets of 35PL.  Its single-point printing ignition frequency is higher than 30khz, enabling SEIKO 1024GS nozzles to achieve high-speed, high-performance and high-quality image output.  With built-in EPROM memory, users can set data according to their own needs to meet market diversification. For high-output nozzles, the 1024GS adopts ink channel diversion technology to achieve quick ink supply, allowing all nozzles to achieve higher jetting frequency at the same time.

Material of SEIKO 1024GS: All steel structure, resistant to installation and anti-strike

Advantages:  There is an ink heating system at the bottom of the nozzle and it is double-heated on both sides. The maximum heating temperature on both sides of the nozzle can reach 45°C and the minimum can be adjusted to 20°C.

SEIKO 1024GS nozzle is of serial interface. When the serial interface is disassembled, it will not be inserted into the flat line of the nozzle to prevent the nozzle from being damaged or directly burned.  SEIKO 1024GS print head is also detachable and can be disassembled and cleaned directly.
